Our Return Policy
At Vintage Vibe Store, we want you to be completely delighted with your period-inspired purchases from our 1920s-1960s collections. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to the delicate nature of vintage-style garments, swimwear (1950s Swimsuit, 1960s Swimsuit) and accessories marked as “2PCS” sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return/exchange request.
- Wait for Authorization: Our vintage specialists will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Return items in their original condition with all tags attached. For 1950s dresses and other era-specific garments, please ensure they haven’t been worn or altered.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Hazard, KY address using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For exchanges:
- If exchanging for an item of equal or lesser value, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- If exchanging for an item of greater value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error. For international returns (outside the US), customs fees and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Special Considerations
We carefully inspect all returns to ensure they meet our return conditions. Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
For holiday items (1950s Christmas, 1960s Christmas), please note they must be returned in original packaging with all decorative elements intact.
